Lannio is the quiet sandy beach just before Cetara when coming from Maiori — a small crescent of sand that most drivers pass without noticing. There is no beach club, no restaurant, no services beyond a small parking area by the road. The sand is soft, the water is calm and clear, and the beach rarely has more than a handful of people on it even in peak summer. It faces south and gets sun all day. This is a locals-only beach in the truest sense: Cetara residents come here when their own beach gets too busy on weekends. If you want solitude and do not need amenities, Lannio is one of the quietest beaches on the coast.
The tip
Bring your own shade — there is zero natural shadow or rental options. The small parking pulloff on SS163 fills by mid-morning on weekends. Best on weekdays when you may have it entirely to yourself.
Getting There
Pulloff parking on SS163 between Maiori and Cetara. SITA bus stops on the main road nearby. 10-minute walk to Cetara village.
