1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Amalfi Experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. About the Platform
Amalfi Experience is a marketplace connecting travelers with property owners (hosts) and local experience providers (partners) on the Amalfi Coast. We facilitate bookings but are not a party to the agreement between guests and hosts/partners.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.
4. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and host/partner confirmation. Prices displayed include applicable fees. By completing a booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the host or partner. Amalfi Experience acts as an intermediary.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are displayed in EUR. Amalfi Experience does not store credit card information.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts and partners. Refund eligibility depends on the specific cancellation policy of your booking. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You must not submit false information, harass other users, attempt to circumvent the platform for direct bookings, or use automated systems to scrape content.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Amalfi Experience — including text, images, design, and code — is owned by theVincenzoLambiase and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Amalfi Experience provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of listed properties or experiences. We are not responsible for disputes between guests and hosts/partners. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees we collected for the relevant booking.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Salerno, Italy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
