Reading the site costs nothing: houses, towns, beaches, trails and guides are open to everyone. The tools that work on your own trip open with the check-in, if you booked one of our houses, or with the coast pass: €5 for 30 days.

Not to read. The pass is tied to an account, because it has to know whose it is. For the check-in, the link to your booking is enough.

Because the law asks your host for it: within twenty-four hours of arrival every guest’s details go to the Questura. Documents are encrypted and kept outside the public folders. Pass holders hand over none.

No, it is a program. It answers with what it knows about the coast and with what your host wrote about the house. When you need a person, there is email.

One house is free, forever: front desk, check-in, calendar and channels. Premium is €39 a month for the first unit, and the price per unit goes down from the second one on.

Yes, through iCal calendars: every hour the bookings made there come in here, and the dates are blocked everywhere.

Stop whenever you like, with no penalty. Bookings, payments and filings download as one file.

Write to us with who you are and what you run. We open a panel for you where you add your experiences, times and places, and where the bookings arrive.
